Star Wars (1977)

The despecialized version is so much more enjoyable; whilst dated (it's nearly 50 years old!) it still looks great, unlike the messed-about-with versions which are visually inconsistent and often look actively bad. The original cut makes it easier to forget all the rubbish and enjoy it as a kids film and a fairy tale.
